In order to accomplish this the Delaware lottery office is trying to collect bids from several different companies in order to bring the automated and multi-player version of the game to the top three casinos in the state.

They are similar to the automated electronic blackjack and poker games that can be found in many casinos and which were added in 2006. The use of these multi-player machines was authorized by state law back in 2005.
The director of the lottery office – Mr. Wayne Lemons – has stated that the wheel and ball used in the game are real – but can only be used by the machine. The players will place their bets electronically making it easy to use and hopefully easy to win; although the game will still be based solely on luck.
Mr. Wayne Lemons has also stated that he hopes to use a machine vendor starting this year in June. This would make it easier for them to place the machines into the casinos during the fall.
